My self pay/out-of-network rates for individual therapy are: 

Initial session (60 minutes): $215

60 minute session: $185

50 minute session: $165

All self pay rates are reduced by $5 if paying by cash or check.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider with the Duke Student Health Plan. I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans. If you would like to file for out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance. 

Sliding Scale

 I reserve 25% of client spots for individuals who need to pay a reduced fee for therapy. I prioritize these for Spanish-speakers, undocumented immigrants, and BIPOC who are currently uninsured. My rates for sliding scale sessions are $50-$75. Please contact me about current sliding scale availability.
