• healing from past religious trauma or unlearning dominant religious narratives and exploring your spiritual self and cosmology as an adult

• discernment and navigating periods of confusion or lack of clarity

• connection and partnering with Spirit through prayer, intention, dream work, archetypal energies, signs, and synchronicities

• understanding and integration of peak experiences, spiritual crisis, passage, or initiation, and psychedelic healing journeys

• integration of growth work in other non-psychotherapeutic modalities such as astrology, tarot, etc. 

• developing energetic boundaries in daily life
